Jim is excellent as is the whole company for efficiently solving problems. Wouldn't think of going elsewhere for plumbing repairs. Also, Bree is terrific office contact; she keeps up with all requests and makes phone updates to keep us informed of techs arrival. Very happy with this company for personal care and service. Mountaineer mechanical is a trustful, fast, and efficient company. When I called mountaineer mechanical they made me first priority. Will recommend them to any of my friends and family.
I was threatened by an employee of this company after a dispute over what I was charged for their service, Including the price of a part and labor hours charged. A company employee said " he didn't care if I was a customer or not, he would cut my face off." I was shocked that an employee of this company would and could talk to a customer like this. Even though part of the charge was corrected no employee of a company should be allowed to threaten a customer.

Mountaineer Mechanical is always understanding, especially during these trying times, that unexpected costs can be difficult. Not only did we remove the cost of the materials used in the repair but did not charge overtime after hours. We reviewed and confirmed the time that were charged after being asked to adjust the labor too.
