The service department worked my vehicle in since we were stranded away from home while on vacation. Shannon was very courteous and understanding and did everything she could to help us with our situation.
Don’t buy anything from there that might require service because it is an absolute nightmare. NOBODY in that building answers the phones!! The GM and the service manager are never available to take a phone call; don’t return calls AND can’t be bothered to speak to you if you are in the building….meetings and such! I have no words for how unprofessional and difficult it has been to deal with them.
