RecommendedThe owner is very knowledgeable and helpful and he passes this knowledge down to his staff. I have a lot of trust in this company that they will do everything they can to meet their customers’ needs.
This company has not listened to our requests on 2 different occasions. We just asked they contact us before they treated our lawn because we had some questions about their products and they created a huge brown patch in yard. They did not reply and then they treated lawn anyway. We wrote a letter and called them to tell them NOT to come back. They treated again and burnt our yard again. You can see the brown patches in picture. Whole yard is like this! Finally contacted owner who said he’d come look- never saw him.
Poor customer service! Owner does not answer customer calls!
