FIVE STARS!! I cannot speak highly enough of Mountaineer Ford Service department. My family and I were traveling from Ohio to Virginia when our van started to have trouble. At highway speed it was rattling and shaking, and it progressively got worse as the trip went on. I bought a car from this place at the end of 2020 and unfortunately it was totaled. I came back and bought another vehicle And my gap policy was supposed to be paying off my previous car !
