You finally lost all my business. I’ve never been able to step foot in the door for a service without being stuck in the waiting room for at least three hours. Today I had to turn around and come back because the check engine light had come on as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot; only to be told I would have to reschedule for somebody to read the engine code. If you want your vehicle handled by professionals that are speedy, efficient, and experienced in their profession (besides plugging your car up to a computer) then DO NOT go here. I had to file lemon law against Mitsubishi over an issue that could have been fixed for FAR LESS than the settlement we received. The sales department is fantastic, but if you have to drive to Princeton for an oil change, its worth it.
FIVE STARS!! I cannot speak highly enough of Mountaineer Ford Service department. My family and I were traveling from Ohio to Virginia when our van started to have trouble. At highway speed it was rattling and shaking, and it progressively got worse as the trip went on. I bought a car from this place at the end of 2020 and unfortunately it was totaled. I came back and bought another vehicle And my gap policy was supposed to be paying off my previous car ! The finance person spoke up and said let me help you I thought ok. how nice of her well here it is 8 months later. My credit was Great.
