I’ve lived at a couple of different MountainCreek Properties locations, and every experience has been wonderful. The properties are beautiful, well taken care of, and have such a welcoming feel. Looking to rent an apartment from the Mountain Creek Property Group, DO NOT first, the people of the group are low-class people, here's why they must hire a used car salesman for Property Managers to follow their objective, charge the renter for every little thing you can. The roofs have been leaking for YEARS. The HVAC units are serviced by putting in a new filter only. The Interiors are outdated and only repainted. Here's my dismal experience with MountainCreek. For three and a half years, I leased a unit at Pineview Apartments in Morgantown. My name was on the lease, and my adult son was the tenant. These terms were stipulated in the lease, and the rent was always paid on time. A few weeks ago, my son passed away unexpectedly. When Pineview management and MountainCreek "corporate" learned of this loss, they sprang into action by sending maintenance to change the lock on the apartment and deny me access.
