Love the venue and overall feel. Usually, I'd give a 5 star but this time the sound / mixing was very bad. Levels seemed off, lots of feedback on the musicians instruments, causing big time distractions.
Gorgeous venue... summer concert series is awesome 👏🏾 beautiful view
Natalie Merchant performed the best concert ever -- 26 songs! Without an intermission! And she even had a cold. And the Mountain Winery is the best place ever to go to a concert. The only advice I'd offer is pay for premium parking to go back down the hill. Otherwise, hide a bottle of wine and tailgate in the parking lot with dessert until everyone leaves.
This was our first time here, gorgeous venue! I thought it was pretty well organized getting traffic both in and out. Quite a feat considering it was up a twisty mountain road. We saw Natalie Merchant and sat in GA. The sound was great and the views were amazing. My only complaint is that the people who stayed at the tables at the restaurant were loud and inconsiderate. The noise drifted up to the area we were sitting. Come on guys, you're at a concert. If you want to just talk and drink, go pretty much anywhere else!
The bathroom lines for women were long, so my sister in law and I joined other women and men in the men's bathroom. When we exited, there was a worker standing guard to prevent other women from entering. We and others were told we could go downstairs to use the women's bathroom (and probably stand in another line!) Not cool. They need to have gender neutral bathrooms for all!
Show was awesome! And staff was super friendly and helpful, I will most likely be attending shows here in the future.
The best venue for outdoor concerts around! Always a great to go!
