Kind and compassionate clinic. Deja took her time to answer all of our questions and went above and beyond for our cat.
Despite an incredibly anxiety provoking need for ultrasounds, Mountain West made a hard experience as sweet as possible! The ambience was great (including their relaxing music) and they did a seamless job helping my anxious pup feel comfortable. We were able to stay with him the whole time, and they kept us posted on the results as they came through. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
I’ve truly never had a better experience with vet clinic before. Their pricing was reasonable, their people are top notch, and communication was fast. Ange and Deja were so warm and helpful, it truly made me feel calm and trusting that my dog was in good hands.
The whole experience getting an ultrasound for my dog at Westminster Mountain West was so great. Not only was I able to be there with him to help keep him calm but Dr. Sullivan and Deja have such a calming environment set up. They were both amazing and super knowledgeable and communicative about the test process and findings. All of this made a huge difference in the scary time of trying to figure out why my best bud is sick. Highly recommended and am so grateful!
Couldn’t have had a better experience. When we were scared for our dog Ange helped us get us scheduled and was so empathetic and put in so much effort for us. At the appointment the staff were so kind and supportive and did everything they could to put us at ease.
