I was contacted by Mountain West Renewable Energy in September 2024, regarding helping me out with another solar companies incomplete job. I got a little bit of information late September. I was given many excuses, why things weren't moving along. Then I'm October their responses slowed down and stopped. No contact in November or so far in December. So I have gone elsewhere. A company you can't trust! I purchased a solar battery from Mountain West Renewable. When the battery was installed they disconnected my solar panels for 4 months, which was not necessary. I contacted Dallin Reed(owner and seller) numerous time to come and fix the issue but excuses after excuses made from him. It took long 5 months of fighting to solve the problem. Door-to-door salesperson came to my door on a holiday saying they were sent by Rocky Mountain Power and wanted to see if I "qualify" for a government subsidy for solar panels. Tried gaslighting me later saying they didn't mean to confuse me, but that they "work directly with" Rocky Mountain. Deception is a very sleezy way to start off a relationship with a potential consumer. UPDATE: They will spam you with phone calls after you tell them no, acting like an appointment fell through instead of leaving you alone.

Did a good job explaining program. Very personable & friendly. I would definitely recommend getting a quote from Mountain West 10/10 :)
