When you sign their prewritten lease you wave all the liability that they have on the property you live in. They don't upkeep their rental properties prior to you moving in for broken appliances and other necessities. Despite filling out a "checklist" specifically with everything broken listed, I have waited 8 months for repairs that were promised to be fixed in the first month of my moving in but i dont think it will ever happen
Bill used to own The Safe Place. Filled for bankruptcy. Liquidated all his inventory, including thousands of dollars worth of safes that customers already bought. Was a nightmare for them to have to buy the safes back. Bill will lie, cheat or say anything he has to to get your business. Then treat you like a child if you dare to question something he does. Avoid this man at all costs.
