I worked with Carma to get a somewhat complex policy written to cover us during our extensive remodel. She was great. Then when it came time to move back in and get another quote she worked harder than any agent I've had the pleasure dealing with to try to get something written despite some pretty tough facts (fire related). If I ever need to get another policy, she will be the first person I go to.
They are canceling our policy because we had four claims in four years, two of which they didn't even cover so technically two in four years. Oh and the agent I spoke to brought up my dead father when discussing one of those claims and basically blamed him. Must've been so nice to be able to blame someone no one can talk to anymore. Travelers and these guys all suck.
