This company couldn't figure out traffic control if they were handed an instruction manual on it. Their projects take twice as long as any other contractor, therefore costing taxpayers more than necessary. Idk why the State of Montana continues to hire these idiots. Y'all need to get ahold of C.W. Matthews in Georgia to learn a few things about how to approach State contracts.
