We had Mountain West come over to fix our A/C unit on 8/10/26. Jordan, the service technician, was great to work with. Jordan thoroughly checked everything, provided options, and took the time to explain everything that was going on in a way that we understood. If anything happens again we won’t hesitate to call Mountain West. Thanks for making a stressful situation easy to deal with.

If you need HVAC work done you can't do better than Mountain West. These guys were awsome. Codey called in advance to let me know they were on their way. They arrived, were super friendly and professional. They got straight to work, no messeing around. The work was completed quicker than the estimated time. The guys got along like best buddies. I could here them talking with each other and it seemed that they all enjoyed there work. I will definitely reccommend them to everyone I know!

5 stars – Outstanding emergency service from Andrew at Mountain West Early one morning I was sipping my coffee while my husband investigated why our air conditioner had stopped working overnight. Suddenly smoke started billowing out of a ceiling vent, the smoke alarms went off, and the house was quickly filling with smoke. Justin serviced our AC unit and did a spectacular job. He was also out last week for an issue with the same unit that he promptly resolved He went above and beyond in cleaning the unit and area around it, and explained in detail what we should do to keep it working well. Excellent company. I would strongly recommend to anyone who needs their AC unit or furnace serviced or repaired.

Mountain West did our inspection in the home buying process and we set up services quickly after for maintenance and repair. Justin is awesome! He is personable, efficient and knowledgeable. We like to understand what’s going on and he takes the time to chat and explains things thoroughly. Couldn’t recommend Mountain West HVAC enough!
