Best IV’s I have ever had on a colonoscopy! TEN stars just for the nurses who did them. Dr K is the best GI dr, very grateful for her.
I had an endoscopy there last week by Dr. Krishnamurthy. She is very professional and nice, as well as easy to talk with about your issues. The staff and the nurses were exceptional and really took care of me before and after my procedure. Thanks to all!
Got my colonoscopy done here. Glad I picked this place. Heidi and the team really helped me stay comfortable and explained everything with clarity beginning to end. The procedure was very smooth and comfortable. Dr. Quach is a stud. Very professional team. Would get a camera stuck up my butt here again. Cheers.
I had a recent procedure at this facility and it was smooth as glass. There was not one step missed and every person I encountered was pleasant and helpful. My nurses Steph and Bonnie were wonderful. My CRNA Grace was fabulous. Of course, Dr Krishnamurthy was great. The facility was clean and everything was timely. Thanks team for making it a good experience for me.
This is more a review of the central billing department they have contracted than of the center itself, but it is their responsibility and should be aware, regardless. They told me a procedure would be covered by my insurance. It was not, and ended up costing me over $3k. I thought I was doing my due diligence by asking their billing department first, but in hindsight I should have reached out directly to my insurance company. Fair enough. I set up a payment plan.
