This is more a review of the central billing department they have contracted than of the center itself, but it is their responsibility and should be aware, regardless. They told me a procedure would be covered by my insurance. It was not, and ended up costing me over $3k. I thought I was doing my due diligence by asking their billing department first, but in hindsight I should have reached out directly to my insurance company. Fair enough. I set up a payment plan. Absolutely incredible! In every single step of the endoscopy, they made 500% sure to make everything as clear as day. I left there with zero questions and zero worries since they went over everything at least twice, sometimes more! The nurse who put my IV in was able to get it the first time! The entire staff, from the front desk to the endoscopy room, are absolutely awesome! I'm always nervous with needles and anesthesia, but these wonderful people made me comfortable. Stellar place!

I just had my colonoscopy today. I would say, from the front desk, nurse and Dr. Are very kind to me. Especially, the nurses who assist me, if I'm not mistaken their names are Nurse Heather and Nurse Emily? You are fantastic! You don't know how you made me feel comfortable before the procedure. Thank you so much! And to Dr. MARK, Thank you also for taking care of me during the procedure! I'm glad I did my colonoscopy here. You are the best! God Bless you all.

I will definitely recommend this place to everyone. My daughter has epilepsy, and the care and kindness, from the entire team was amazing. She had a few problems because of her epilepsy. Stephanie was wonderful, and her team was with us the entire time. Dr. Venner is the best, she stayed with us and helped my daughter through it all. Her detailed examination, and her kindness was so appreciated. Josh her anesthesiologist also stayed with her until the ambulance arrived. He was so caring and gracious. I went to Mountain West Endoscopy Center on 09/19/2023 for a colonoscopy and the *medical* staff was amazing, the front office and the over the phone pre-op staff left a lot to be desired. Both the lady at the check-in desk and the over the phone pre-op billing individuals spoke so fast I thought I was at an auction house. I did ask both individuals to slow down when going over the bill and they both got really offended and did not slow down, so I have no idea what my bill is because it sounded as though they gave me two dif... read more
