I just had my first appointment with any ENT doctor and Dr. Hanks was fabulous! He explained things to be so clearly and made me feel heard and understood. I had such a wonderful experience there! He gave me adequate time and attention. I couldn't be happier!
I want to say thank you very much to Dr Hanks he is a very good Dr and person. He listened to my problem and just took care of the problem. Other Dr's IV been to with my problem they put me off and wouldn't listen to me they made me jump threw hoops never getting down to the root issue. Not Dr Hanks he just said we will fix the problem right away no hoops to jump threw just a problem solved. Thank you very much Dr Hanks for taking care of me and listening to me well done.

So I just got off the phone with "Denise" the office manager for this practice. This was the 2nd time I talked to her -- she hung up on me the 1st time (professional, huh!?). What an incredibly frustrating experience! When I had my first appointment with Dr. Hanks in May, 2019 (and by the way, he was TERRIFIC!) the office staff was not prepared. I had called ahead to make sure test results were sent, but when I arrived for my appointment they didn't have them and made excuses as to why that was the case. I ended up waiting a... read more
