Dr. Hanks performed my septoplasty to correct my deviated septum and reduced my enlarged turbinates, His skill and precision really show! I had virtually no bruising and very minimal swelling after surgery, which made recovery much easier than I expected. From start to finish, I felt well cared for and confident in his expertise. I just had my first appointment with any ENT doctor and Dr. Hanks was fabulous! He explained things to be so clearly and made me feel heard and understood. I had such a wonderful experience there! He gave me adequate time and attention. I couldn't be happier!
I want to say thank you very much to Dr Hanks he is a very good Dr and person. He listened to my problem and just took care of the problem. Other Dr's IV been to with my problem they put me off and wouldn't listen to me they made me jump threw hoops never getting down to the root issue. Not Dr Hanks he just said we will fix the problem right away no hoops to jump threw just a problem solved. Thank you very much Dr Hanks for taking care of me and listening to me well done.
