It’s unfortunate that some have had a poor experience with Mountain West. I saw Dr. Laggis (who was awesome) so I cannot speak to any of the other providers. However, my entire experience was wonderful from the front desk staff to the nurses. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Dr. Laggis listened to my concerns, I didn’t feel rushed and I was comfortable. Not to mention, everyone was prompt and on time. I would highly recommend this office!
I am 20 years old and just recently started dealing with acne that I had never had before. I waited about two months to get in and had the worst appointment. I was crying and felt so unheard by the derm. I ended up not getting any prescriptions because I felt too overwhelmed and upset with the situation and was still charged $400 for the appointment.
