Darin is a complete joke as an appraisal. He doesn't use comparable properties to do a fair appraisal. He undervalues land - 15k less than my taxes?! He's a joke. I would NEVER have him do another appraisal or allow him to step on my property again. Do yourself a favor - find someone else. He's not worth the hassle or the aggravation.
