Horrible billing and insurance department. They will mess up your billing and blame you. The supposed customer service representative who is trying to bill me one year later after my bill was paid asked me if I was sure about my insurance facts. I told her that I would hardly have major surgery without being sure. She had such a disrespectful, rude manner that I had to hang up before I said something that I regret (which I told her). I will be reporting their business practices.

I'd give a zero if I could. Not that it'll make any difference for anyone being able to side step working with this terrible company, but I concur with all the negative reviews about this company and their billing process. Every other provider involved with my recent surgery was willing to be patient while I worked through insurance claims/battles. NOT THIS COMPANY. As others have stated, I would give zero stars if I could. This is for specifically the billing department. It is horrendous. Do not use them. You will regret it. It runs like a scam or a fraudulent business. I paid all of my bills for surgery with Intermountain Health on time. However, for some reason MTN didn’t ever send me a bill. Ever. The only reason I knew that I had a bill was they sent me to a collections agency. And the collection agency sent me a bill threatening credit impacts and late fees. They continuously are rebilling me for charges that have already been resolved months ago - billing department very hard to resolve issues with says things are resolved months later get another bill ????? Would give a 0 if an option
