They continuously are rebilling me for charges that have already been resolved months ago - billing department very hard to resolve issues with says things are resolved months later get another bill ????? Would give a 0 if an option

Same as others , something is off here . When I call to talk about billing I’m sent to a call center in India … nothing wrong with that but I believed this was a “ local “ company…? Can’t complain about during my surgery, I was asleep during and I woke back up so that’s a win for them . Customer service seems strange .

Would give 0 if I could. I've had the same experience as others here. I paid my bill in full from my HSA. A month, two months go by and I keep getting bills in the mail saying. I call my HSA to figure out what's going on, and they tell me that the check has been sent but not cashed yet. So I call Mountain West Anesthesia and ask them why they haven't cashed the check yet. They say they don't have it and that I should pay on the phone with them and then cancel the check through my HSA, which is exactly what I did. The DAY AFT... read more

I’ve already paid in full, and I keep getting messages saying the full balance is overdue. If they can’t even handle collecting payment, they aren’t competent enough to be in this industry. *If this also happened to you: Dispute in writing, attach proof, and keep records. Under the FDCPA/FCRA, you can recover damages if they harm your credit or ignore your dispute.

Total patient responsibility for my bill after insurance was $114. Charged us $128. Later sent us a bill for $10. Sent us another bill for $10. Spoke with customer service and they smoothed things out, but still annoying to keep getting bills months after the fact.
