Mountain Vistas apartments in Redding, California are verbally abusive and there is elder abuse, a lack of good management, and they are allowing abusive tenants to yell, criticize, verbally abuse tenants, gossip, and one of the tenants, put up anti-Chrisitan, gay notices and photos in front of his apartment. Management could care less about their staff. I can just guess on how they would care for your family members or loved ones. Staff take frequent smoke breaks in the surrounding neighborhood, since they can’t smoke on their campus. Staff apparently are not able to park their cars on the campus since they park in the residential neighborhoods as well. Car alarms sound off all day long. Management and car owner could care less. No respect for neighbors.

I have been dealing with the Terraces management since 2012 as my mother has resided there for 9 years, until one month ago. Although it is true that many employees are pleasant and some are even caring, the management has repeatedly left a sour taste in my mouth and I regret my mother's tenancy at the Terraces. I feel as if they tried many times to manipulate my mother to benefit themselves financially. I do not recommend this Senior Community.
