They were prompt, professional, and very good about explaining the pros and cons about medical decisions for my cat.
Wonderful vet clinic/office in Lincoln County. Super patient and competent office. Treated our dog who is usually less than cooperative and they did an amazing job. They also helped one of our cats to make her transition with such love and compassion. We are very fortunate to have such a knowledgeable and experienced vet in Eureka.
The new management is like a breath of fresh air...much needed!
Friendly, professional and respectful staff at the front of the house, and wonderful 'nurses' in the back of the house. Always welcoming and understanding. Dr Lissa was wonderful with our pup and explained everything. She got us on the right track for a long-time issue that was continually being misdiagnosed for our younger dog. She also helped our older doggo that has a chronic skin condition. She really takes the time needed to help us understand the issue and the possible options for resolution. Appreciate them very much!
Dr. Lissa was absolutely incredible to work with. She went above and beyond (and then some) to help my beloved dog Howie. She was wonderful throughout his various treatments and so supportive when it was time to make the dreaded call to set him free. Not only is she a highly intelligent and capable vet, she also truly care about the people and pets she sees. I can't say enough good things about her and the whole team at Mountain Vista.
