Don't rent from here or from any Monarch property. The whole place is falling apart and Manager Lacey Duffy will not do a dam thing nor the regional manager Victoria. They are arrogant condescending, discriminatory and thoroughly incompetent. The failure to fix anything is unbelievable. The maintenance guy has absolutely no clue what he is doing an doesn't care. Took 2 YEARS to get them to hire a plumber to fix a leak in the kitchen sink that has damaged the counters because maintenance had no clue what they were doing. Over... read more

Just visited a friend for a bit. The property looks taken care of and decent. Neighbors were friendly and there's a small playground for littles right in between the buildings.

First of all, these apartments are literally falling apart. My garbage disposal hadn’t worked for almost the entire time i’ve lived there, after asking and asking someone finally came and fixed it, but it broke yet again. One of my sink faucet knobs in my bathroom crumbled to pieces when i tried turning on the cold water. I have to turn the water on with pliers or the hot water will get to hot and burn my skin.
