I used to live in this apartment complex a little over 10 years ago. It was 770 for a 2 bed 1 bath at that time. Not much has changed about this place besides them adding dishwashers in the units, now these units are almost 1500 a month for a 1 bed 1 bath. Maintenance is just as shotty as it was 10 years ago, low airflow in the apartment causes mold in the cold seasons when your apartment gets too warm. Very bad place to live. The apartment manager Amy is rude and inconsiderate. Last year, she put a sticker on my car, saying it would be towed in 24 hours without any prior notice. The car was in perfect working order, just my spare car that didn't get used. If i didnt see the sticker and move the car she would have cost me 100s of dollars. And I paid for 2 parking spots there. I rented at this establishment for a little over 2 years (before and during the COVID pandemic) the apartment i got was nice for the most part. The apartment manager is very kind and does her best to understand within what she is allowed to do. I had a few small issues that the apartment manager worked on fixing when notified. The apartment was nicely remodeled except my apartment had not a single drawer in it. And the water heater is only powerful enough for a roughly half our worth of hot water in shower.
