This place is an absolute dumpster fire. The apartments are filthy at move in, cock roaches all over the place, loud neighbors, constant people blaring their music, slamming doors, zero accountability from management..its all just your problem once you sign that lease. Incredibly overpriced, outdated appliances, their ac and heat is terrible, and it will cost you about 450 in electric for a one bedroom in the summer, no insulation so the air is running constantly. PLEASE KEEP LOOKING!I just moved here and I hate it! I had no heat for a week, next door neighbors keep hitting each other, constant banging downstairs, kitchen lights didn’t work for a week, Ac still doesn’t work!!!! None of these issues generates a credit back to u. You’re expected to still pay for being uncomfortable
