My family and I have lived here for 7yrs. Our daughter who is now 8 has grown up here. The office staff is super friendly and always willing to help when needed. The noise is always a problem with the music and loud from outside but that isnt a problem for the complex that is a problem for people with no respect for others. Yes the area it is in may not be the greatest but my family has never had a problem with anyone. I have been living here for 2 years now. And the property is a bit shabby. The noise level can be intolerable due to the very thin walls and windows. I don't like the neighborhood at all, it's a bit sketchy. I have stayed here longer than I expected because the rent here is relatively cheap.

This place is okay if you don't have nowhere else to go. They take ANYBODY if you have the $ for the deposit and they work with ANYBODY! I'm here because somebody put an eviction on me and I wasn't even renting from them! It was my mama's house!
They offered me a home with a very bad smell in it like a dead body was left inside the home and they did not even care. One time when I woke up I had a swollen bump on my face. I had a studio apt and I even found roaches in my refrigerator.
