I have been living in this neighborhood for about 9 years, from late 2015 or early 2016. There has been plenty changes in management and amenities, and mostly for the better. It would be impossible for all things from each tenant to change overnight. What I will say is I am pleased with the newness of right now--there is a dog park, grilling station, pickle ball court, valet trash pick up, and upgrades to most units. I've been living here for a year and I'm genuinely comfortable. Things aren't always perfect but the management team is transparent and resolves the issues as quickly as they can. It's also a quiet and well maintained complex.
they have terrible service. Women in office are rude. They don’t care about the people that live there. They don’t come fix anything. All they care about is money they maintenance guys still out your apartment they stole from me and didn’t do anything about it. I would never live here again or recommend anybody else they hang up in your face they rude
