Scheduled a tour and then showed up and they said sorry the room has been rented. I took off work. They are disorganized
I lived here through a sublease for about 4 months. I’m from the Yampa Valley area myself but was in need of living arrangements my last few months in the valley. Although like everything in the area, they are quite pricey, they are also kept up well and the parking lot always got plowed on time ;)
