Dewayne was very responsive and we love our windows!
We had MVWD install a new sliding window that met egress code compliance. They responded quickly to evaluate the requirements and invited me to their shop to see the product in person before scheduling the installation. While it took some time for the window to arrive, the installation itself was quick and seamless—you couldn't even tell it was a recent install. Overall, they were very communicative and professional, and I would happily work with De Wayne and the team again!
Our experience with MVW&D was top shelf. DeWayne provided all the information we needed to configure and order our new front door and continued with clear communication through the build and installation at our home. The installation team removed our old door efficiently and took the time needed to place the new door assembly into place perfectly, including finish carpentry for trim on the interior. Terrific experience.
The person they recommended to install our windows and doors was completely unprofessional and installed them incorrectly and blamed the framers. Jessie S. should not be doing installations. If you want oil leaked all over your driveway from his truck or have drug addicts work as helpers then that's what you will get with using their recommendation.
