Great place to live if you want to say goodbye to any security deposit, enjoy dealing with a flooded parking lot every time it rains hard, and deal with frequent irritating texts and emails from property manager who seemingly lives to complain. Not to mention rents going up every year, snow packed parking lot in the winter and trains constantly going by right next to the complex. Don't move here unless you have too.

Worst apartment complex I have ever lived at-owned by a huge, corrupt housing company from San Bernardino California, they love to break both federal and state laws to illegally charge you extra money. Unless of course, you pay all your rent months in advance, and only then do you get left alone for a few months until they devise some scheme to charge you more. DM me if interested in seeing the evidence yourself!
Most corrupt housing company I have ever dealt with-they love sending some corporate manager down to post notices on your door and then leave for the day because they never have any staff in the office, so you can never contest anything that they post, and then the few times that they do get a manger they quit after a couple months because of the quantity of laws they are breaking-as told to me personally, BY one of their managers, the day before that manager also quit to avoid a lawsuit.
