Had an appointment for my dog to get neutered. We were going through our vet which was incontact with this vet. We couldn't make the appointment and contacted our vet which said they reached out to let them know we were not able to make the appointment. I don't know what happened between both of these vets but in the end we were told the $200 we put down would not be reimbursed and we could not get any sort of the money back.
