Had an appointment for my dog to get neutered. We were going through our vet which was incontact with this vet. We couldn't make the appointment and contacted our vet which said they reached out to let them know we were not able to make the appointment. I don't know what happened between both of these vets but in the end we were told the $200 we put down would not be reimbursed and we could not get any sort of the money back. Wonderful vet clinic
This place was great until it was bought out by private equity owned vetstrategy group.
Very caring group of people here. The vet techs are amazing & I can't say enough good stuff about the team. Since they've sold, though, it's been difficult to book in with limited availability and the single veterinarian is only in certain days. With limited days and times of being open, construction and aging pets, unfortunately I have made the decision to move my pets elsewhere. Thank you for the past 10 years of service.
