We moved to this vet for a very short period out of convenience, they’re a lot closer than our normal vet. Took my old man dog in and he was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. We got the meds and he was doing great for about a week before he started basically eating himself alive. He was chewing and itching like CRAZY. I called to see if this was possibly a side effect to the meds and the receptionist said absolutely not, he just has allergies. treat patients and owners with respect. dont be scared of certain breeds.
the vet is scared of a german shepherd puppy and refused to even see him. never would I expect a veterinarian to be scared of a dog. the dog is a menace but hes not aggressive in the least
I was very dissatisfied with the veterinarian at Mountain View she didn’t listen to a word I said and continue to claim that my dog was aggressive. When he isn’t she then Denied services to a Service dog in training which is a ADA violation. The veterinarian also claimed to be a animal behaviorist which when I looked her name up there is no degree in that as well as telling me that my dog would not make it as a service animal. RecommendedI never feel dumb when I take my animals here like I have at other veterinary offices, they are always so kind and treat my animals with respect. I won't be taking my pets to another veterinary clinic as long as I can help it. They are the best!!
I went in to get my cat neutered and the receptionist recommended my cat get a vaccination that required a followup shot a short time later. I asked the price to get the shot and was told a price but then when I brought in my cat for the followup shot I was also charged a $32 check up fee that I wasn't told about. When I brought up that I was charged more than I had been quoted the receptionist was very rude and said their was nothing she could do.
