I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Dr. Hook is the most educated, empathetic, caring Veterinarian I have ever met. The staff at this hospital clearly care and I cannot say enough. The front end staff made us feel welcome and cared after. I really could have had a terrible experience given the concern for Rue, but they have all made this feel less scary. We have used them since we moved here. We recently lost one of dogs and they were very comforting thru the whole process and the decision we ultimately had to make to put our "Komo" at peace. Excellent service for all of our other animals as Well!

Would love for one of your "doctors" to explain exactly how it is that a perfectly happy and playful dog comes in for a checkup and nail trimming under sedation just to die 24 hours later after his blood work "came back normal?"
Many thanks to the staff at Mountain View for taking such great care of Tucker after a reaction to his vaccinations. Dr Snyder and everyone there went above and beyond, even calling the manufacturer of the meds for help in paying for this. Words can't express my gratitude. Thank you!
