if I could leave more than 5 stars I would! I don't even know where to start, I took my guinea pig in for some concerns and my previous vet appointments for her at different clinics/hospitals have not been very pleasant. But from the second I walked in we were greeted so kindly at the front desk, and our room was ready within minutes. The staff was very friendly and kind and empathetic they helped me with my guinea pig in her last days of her life and assured me that her condition was not of my doing. Great Place! Very informative and explained everything very thoroughly. Thank you very much and I will recommend you to all my fellow pet owners...
Giving two stars because the vet techs and support staff there are very attentive and kind. The veterinarian, Mary Criado, is a different story altogether. Long story short, I took my eight year-old cat there to have dental surgery. The aftercare and instructions I received were terrible. They didn’t give me enough medication to control his pain in the days after, so I had to take him back a few days later to receive fluids, and I had asked for an anti-inflammatory.
