I'm rating only one person from the Plant City office. I was shocked and very upset with how I was treated and spoken to by "Geneva", who, identified herself as a Nurse. " Geneva" is unprofessional, disrespectful, discourteous, and rude. She has neither the compassion or ability to appropriately communicate with patients. Dr. BALBOA is great IF you are allowed to see him. I called ahead and was told to come by and get signed in. I show up and when I told the receptionist that I didn't have an appointment she asked I fill out a ticket. When she read that I was there due to high BP she replied in a snarky tone. "You know we don't do anything with prescriptions. Do you not have a primary care physician? Could they not see you?" 1. I ran late for my MRI appointment at the outpatient center of Adventhealth and they were amazing. They weren't mean or upset, Elina got us right in and then Imitaz who performed the MRI was truly wonderful. I was nervous and feeling claustrophobic and he took the time to explain the procedure and found music for me to play, covered me with a blanket, even went out to the lobby to get my anti-anxiety medicine from my husband. A very scary thing went smoothly thanks to Imitaz!
