My car had to go to this shop to fix alignment. Months later, I ran a Carfax report, and I SEE THAT THEY RECORDED 177k miles in my car’s odometer in Carfax. But my car says only 27k miles right now. Now this odometer is fixed in my car’s records with Carfax. The buyers won’t pay any more than $15k, when it can be easily be sold for more than $30k. This is really upsetting.
I paid $130 for an oil change for my 2024 BMW, and a couple of days later noticed a terrible smell and strange noise. When I opened the hood, I found the oil cap missing and oil splattered everywhere—an inexcusable mistake that could have caused serious engine damage.
