They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and able to get back on the road safely. They were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely willing to help when I needed it most. Would rate zero stars if I could I scheduled an appointment within 24 hours in advance for my tire and I get there this morning and they say oh it's about 5 to 6 hour wait I said no not happening they seem super clueless and unwilling to help you at all Will never be back and I encourage people to never take their business to this dump of a place.
My older brother was in town from Boise Idaho and staying in a hotel in Palm Desert. He was here to see his dad who is having some health problems. I had to take him up to the high desert which was about 50 miles. When I went out to my car this morning to take him my tire was almost flat. I didn’t know what to do so I found Mountain View tire and auto service James at the counter was so nice. Immediately he had my tire checked out and within 15 minutes they were repairing mine.
