I had a very mixed experience at Mountain View. I first went to the Monterey location where I had the most atrocious experience. Rude condescending, not accommodating and worst of all misogynistic. Shame on you and you know who you are. But I did head over to the town center location where I had an absolutely different experience. Fantastic! They greeted me as soon as I walked in. We’ve been to this location twice once as an emergency and the other with a leaking radiator and both times they’ve been extremely helpful with great communication and terrific results
The Mountain View store in Palm Desert charged me $200 more for a tire replacement than I was charged to replace another tire two weeks later, despite the fact that I was a repeat and loyal customer; will NEVER use them again. In addition to the overpriced replacement, they never called me to let me know the delivery was delayed and I ended up waiting four more hours. James at Mountain View Tire in Palm Desert, CA is truly a wonderful representative for this business. He was kind, respectful, and a pleasure working with to find a solution to my problem. I would highly recommend making this location your go to spot…as long as James sticks around.
