HE WAS WONDDDDERRRRFFFUUULLL IN HELPUNG ME OUT WITH ALL OF MY CAR WORK THAT WAS NEEDED TO BE DONE. I BROUGHT MY CAR BACK IN VERY RECENTLY CUZ WHATEVER MECHANIC DID MY POWER STEERING FLUID OVER FILLED IT. SAME MECHANIC HOPEFULLLLLLYYYY FIXED ISSUE!!!!
Excellent and quick service!! The manager, Doug, was exceptional. I was informed the whole time!
I pulled in to get air in tires; I knew 1was really low. 2 tires were filled before I was told 1 was flat. The young man got his manager & they showed me that all of the tires needed replacing. The fact that they showed me & explained how they were unsafe. The car had been sitting for about 5 months so they checked the car to make sure I would be safe on the road.
Marvin is a knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient service advisor. He goes the extra mile in making sure that the customer understands what the car needs even to the point of letting me know that my right rear rim was bent from hitting a pothole It should be replaced. I wasn’t aware of that before going in there and that was an important thing for me to know so I could take appropriate action and getting it fixed for safety reasons. I was happy with the service that I received there they employees were knowledgeable and kind and helped me out but I didn't like was the fact that you have to call to make an appointment and it's not with them it's to some corporate office that does not keep in touch with the actual store so they think that the store is wide open when they're not so they're constantly double booking the stores there is a complete lack of communication that has been going on for quite a while now the store is not aware that you are booking a... read more
