My coworkers and I have been going to your shop for many years yet this was the first experience I had that was negative. I went in for brake pads and was told I needed new rotors. I tried to decline the rotors and was told I needed them anyway I made sure the representative saved my rotors because I wanted to have them inspected elsewhere which I did, I now have learned that I did NOT need new rotors !!!! Had a blown tire on my way home. Called them 10 minutes before closing. Stephanie told me to go ahead and bring my car in, since I was less than a mile away. She and Alex, the technician, stayed past closing to take care of me. Excellent staff. Excellent service.
