If there was a ZERO stars I would give them a ZERO. My car died literally in the parking lot of their business. AAA came out and said it was the fuel pump. Went into Mountain View and explained situation. The receptionist, STEPHANIE was extremely rude. She said the AAA mechanic wasn’t a real mechanic and that her guys would have to look at the car but we would have to push or tow the car literally 20 feet to their bay. Charlie is always very helpful and honest. My car overheated and smoke pouring out. Charlie examined the car and called me that the radiator had a crack in it and told me it needed to be replaced and gave me detailed information about what parts needed to be replaced. They did an excellent job and great service. Been going there for about 10 years.
Awesome experience. Charley made it easy for us to choose new tires and the next day we had them installed. Staff very nice, office was super clean. Efficient service, great experience.
I've been going to this place for years. Excellent service and fair pricing. They even had someone come pick me up from my house when my car was ready after a radiator replacement.
