I came in to get my tires done and during the process a couple of my rims ended up getting scratched. Stuff happens—I’m a business owner myself, so I understand things don’t always go perfectly. I was on the freeway when I had a problem with my left brake pulling with a burning smell. I called here because it was only 4 minutes away and they were available to check out the problem right away. Turns out that my brake caliper was seized up and they were able to change both sides. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating, they explained everything and showed me the damage and how much it would cost so that I could make an informed decision. This was especially appreciated traveling as a single senior female!
