I have lived here for 3 years and absolutely love my apartment. However since the new management Eagle Rock took over around September I have been extremely disappointed. First they started charging me for renters insurance I did not apply for as I have my own. It took them 5 months to charge me the correct amount. I found from other renters that they were having the same problem. Then for some reason they detached the arm that automatically closes the outside door. Unfortunately you don't find out about the dump a couple miles away until you live here and make the mistake of wanting to have the windows open

If zero stars was an option, I would have chosen zero. I viewed a one-bedroom unit in Mid-July, this unit was considered to be “renovated and updated.” During the showing, I pointed out several issues I would expect to be addressed before moving in. Those things included chipped paint on the ceiling in the bedroom, chipped paint around the windowsills, several corners that were damaged, a baseball sized hole above the living room window, sanding and repairing previous holes which were patched incorrectly, and unpainted wood ... read more
