Update Feb 2025: Have had good experiences here overall. Alisa is an excellent manager. My rent right now is $1440/mo including WSG and a parking spot. Some road noise from the 500 but less than you'd think bc of the hill, and I think the city planted some pines up there so it'll continue to get better. Neighbors a little hit or miss but overall fine - noise isolation between units is a good 3/5. Area is somewhat walkable with a nice park to the east. Update: they finally took care of the issue with the encampment! But they still didn't install a fence to prevent future issues. Original: Our property manager, Alisa, is excellent and cares about the community. Unfortunately the owner and/or management company do not seem to see things the same way. A few weeks ago I witnessed someone from the homeless encampment behind the building attempt to break into one of the first floor apartments. Alisa has ALWAYS gone above and beyond for her residents to ensure a safe environment for all who live there. Any maintenance issue that needed to be taken care of has been dealt with with urgency.
