I am sad. I was told by the Medical Assistant that she would.call me with a scheduled surgery time. I waited til 3 to call.and see if she had gotten ahold of the OR as she said they stepped away from the desk but that she would call me. The younger receptionist when I called said the Drs MA wasn't in, I then said the woman whos name I wont state told.me she would call me. The receptionist said they will call you tomorrow. Um...okay. Why tell a patient that is entrusting you with performing surgery but I can't trust your word... read more
The receptionist appeared to be racist, querying if I required an interpreter despite speaking to her in fluent English, and even after I mentioned being bilingual she continued with the assumption.

I mean, they literally saved my life. I feel like anything less than 5 stars would be an insult. Great bedside manner and great senses of humor all around!
