Nice rooms, coded entry, great rental manager. Only downside is that it is expensive.
Horrible wifi connection and they charge you so much for the cleaning fee even though the place is clean when you left it.
1450 mill street is very nice there are remodeling there units , the new management and maintenance crew is wonderful, very quiet place to live and a very secure building ,they managed to turn these apartments around .
was a decent place to live when the rent was $875 a month, even thats a bit for the space you had, then they decide to up an additional $200 without a lease and an extra $125 a month if you continued a lease... plus the maintenance man had water leaking from a repair he had done to the dishwasher in the upstairs unit into my room from the roof on two different occassions... water all over my electronics KEKW
