The medical staff is great. The records and administrative staff not so much. I've received copies of my daughters medical records in the past and all of the sudden I cannot have access to documents I signed. Completely asinine policies and an incompetent front staff that doesn't know their jobs. Perhaps hiring people with higher than a high school diploma for education and being consistent with policies might help?
Besides having to have hernia repair surgery, the staff was very kind, considerate and helpful. The place was really clean and nice. Just wished they had coffee for family members at 5 in the morning and lounge couches for comfort while waiting.

Just had our baby last Friday and it was a great experience! We were treated like royalty compared to when we had our first baby at the other hospital in town!
