We have always had a good experience with them we have been going there for a long time and then when I thought I had step and I was hurting my mom took me and we got checked in and the women at the front desk started cussing my mom cause they have a bill that wasn't paid for a kid my mom didn't have custody at the time which was 7 years ago we have been there multiple times and they haven't said nun. I've always loved my doctor for my toddler but today I try to book a sick appointment and I drive a hour to take her here and the person on the phone didn't wanna book her a sick appointment because she said it sounded like a head cold I kept telling her my daughters symptoms and she kept saying head cold. I finally gave up on trying to get her seen she was saying to wait couple days then see I told her well I can just take her to urgent care then she hung up on me. Downstairs receptionist has about as much personality as a rock .1:50 appt. On Tuesday Jan. 14
I would give no stars if I could. The doctor handled by new born daughter like a rag doll years back. And recently I went in after working 3rd because my son had a bad cough and she called the law saying I wasn't fit to drive. Morganton public safety checked me out and everything was fine but moral of the story she was so worried about me she completely neglected to care for my son. Said he had a sore throat which he hasn't complained about and still has a bad cough. I guess I'm taking him to see another doctor...
We have had a wonderful experience with Kelley Bradley and Nurse Lee. I also have only had good experiences with the office staff. Kelley and Lee are personable and patient. Kelley has given thoughtful and knowledgeable advice on breastfeeding which is hard to come by. The appointments never feel rushed. We are given ample time to ask lots of questions as new parents. I feel confident I could call and discuss something of concern with ease. I have never felt pressured into a specific decision on feeding my child, medications... read more
