Dr. Jon and his staff are incredible! I have two Autistic children and my 12-year-old is highly anxious. Dr. Jon always sets her at ease and makes the exam quick and painless. Of particular importance to me, he is mindful of what challenges the child may face and how each procedure may (or may not) be tolerated by the individual patient and what he can do to make it easier. Amazing experience every visit we come too!
I brought my sons here for the first time after having an experience at a previous dental office where they weren’t very patient with my son’s fear of having his teeth cleaned/examined. It went SO much better at Mountain View. Lots of patience and kid-friendly tools/tricks built in to make them feel comfortable. Glad we switched!
The doctors and staff with Mountain View Pediatric Dentistry are AMAZING!!! My 3 year old needed some dental work done & after a horrible experience at another pediatric dentist my daughter did not have a good feeling about the dentist, staff & doctor Jon made her feel so comfortable and at ease & her experience with them 100% better then her last. they are very good with kids!! & as far as explaining procedures and how they do things , they were very thorough, made us feel very comfortable. they did amazing work & called th... read more
i brought my 3 kids to mountain view pediatric dentistry, and it was a fantastic experience! my kids can be a bit nervous about these types of things but the staff made them so comfortable, they didn’t want to leave when it was time! they did “x-rays” on my kids stuffed animals that they brought in, had toys and fun things for them, put on their favorite show during their cleaning, and when my youngest didn’t want to get out of the toy car they have there, Dr. Jon let her stay in the toy car while he did her exam. the staff ... read more
