Absolutely horrendous. DO NOT come to complete services, complete money grab. New to Arizona, originated in Colorado; do not offer massages (market that they do) nor onsite DME/tens unit, do not verify insurance in a proper nor timely manner, acupuncture is only at one location. Front desk is awful, they don’t know anything once you ask, give the run around and then call you 4 times the day prior to your appointments. Cory and Anna!!! You guys were amazing! As much as we did not want to be there that early in the morning you guys always made our day. Very professional but also personable. Good conversations, good laughs and good times all around. We hope to see you guys again (but not in pt lol)
