Customer service is horrible! To submit the paperwork I have to call and ask if they did their job to regarding the insurance. And front desk personnel will do it only after we call them multiple times.
GREAT!!! I had to get a tooth extracted for my orthodontic treatment and I was was pretty nervous about having this done. After my initial consultation with Dr. Tenhulzen I felt much better about the procedure. He and his office staff are wonderful, helpful, and caring! If I ever need an oral surgeon again I wouldn't look anywhere else.
Wow, one of the best decisions I've ever made was to go with Tenhulzen for my procedures. The staff is efficient, friendly, and warm. Tenhulzen is what I would call an old-school perfectionist and his expertise really gave me confidence in him. I saw 2 other surgeons first and both had concerns and/or confusion about my procedures, but Tenhulzen was a true professional. I had 2 procedures and they were a breeze. Dr. Tenhulzen was informative, precise, and even followed up with with phone calls and flowers. The BEST.
I had my surgery for removing wisdom teeth this week. The whole team is wonderful! I am having no pain at all and it’s been 5 days now. The procedure was done really really well and I also got a call from the doctor after surgery to find out how I was doing. I am so glad I came here and I would recommend all my loved ones to come here Incase they need dental work.
