I have been visiting this location for over a decade. I have had continuously good care. I'm sad to hear that a larger corporation has taken control of the selection of frames and the lack of selection was very clear this year. I hope that the local staff are able to show the corporation that reducing the selection and not giving them local control financially hurts the sales of frames. 3 of 4 members of my family could not find new frames they wanted.
Dr. Majmundar was fantastic—attentive, patient, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to explain every test and why it was being done, and even retested me when I initially didn’t pass one to ensure accurate results. I felt genuinely cared for, and her expertise and kindness made the whole experience excellent. One of the best optometrist visits I’ve had—highly recommend her!
Dr Ellen Szeto is the best! She cares deeply and genuinely about her patients. She is highly knowledgeable about specific eye conditions, and is extremely personable. Definitely 5 stars!
Front desk ordered incorrect contact lense spec. Just found this out and my right eyes contact has always been mysteriously blurry This front desk person name P is a nightmare to work with
