Worst patient service, no reminders or no patient care. I would ask the front desk to be clear and let know the policies. Very rude and unprofessional front desk
I had my first visit with Dr. Ngo at Mt View Optometry yesterday and I was very pleased! The office was warm and very friendly and Dr. Ngo was excellent. She did a thorough exam and answered all my questions. I look forward to seeing her in the future for my eye needs.
I have been a patient of Mountain View Optometry for more than 20 years, which makes this review particularly disappointing to write. Over the past three years, the level of customer service and personalized care has declined dramatically. My experience today was the final straw. I arrived for my scheduled appointment only to be told it had been canceled. I just moved to the area and went to Mountain View optometry and the customer service was excellent, I had a very thorough eye exam and Brandon helped me to select the right glasses and lenses and made the whole thing a great experience
