This office is unprofessional and unhelpful. We had trouble scheduling the appointment first, then they have no appointment reminders so I was unsure it went through, they have an AI you have to deal with constantly on the phone before talking to a human, and then we arrived 10 minutes late, waited in line a minute, and they said they have a strict 10 minute policy and turned us away and were rude.
