Purchased property ìn 2023 and moved here from East Coast with sibling. HOA/Lot mthly bit steep but paying to live with able, capable, financially solvent Adults, No kids or vagabonds. Common areas and amenities sufficiently well maintained and the location in Las Vegas suburb is outstanding. Recommend highly!
This place is a joke. My parents have lived there for years. Their rent is sky high. This place is supposed to be for seniors. My parents can't afford their rent any more on their social security. My dad got very sick. He is in Hospice and my mom can't pay the rent right now. She asked for help and they turned her away. Now she can't find a place to live because everything is sky high even for seniors. My mom also takes care of my mentally handicapped brother . Don't waste your time or money here.
