Started dealing with Sanela Bilic in St Augustine Florida about a week and half ago. She has a home for rent. After the viewing we contacted her to let her know we liked it. She told us to apply online. There is a fee for every adult applying. We agreed to the terms of extra deposit and were excited to sign the lease. I have been waiting almost a year now to write this review. Now that we are finally rid of this company, I can do so. To say we hit some bumps in the road is an understatement. I’d first like to start off by saying this company was incredible to work with while trying to raise my credit to be able to get approved for a home loan. I won’t deny that. However. Natalia is NOT Knowledgeable when it comes to manufactured homes. We received extremely condescending emails when we questioned or pointed out any errors. Communication w... read more
