We're renting an old 1976 vintage trailer. 3 bdrm 2 full bath. Great quiet spot. Children here are all well mannered. I'll actually miss this place. We'll be friends with owners even after we move. We've got insurance coverage with Select Insurance which they also operate. Jackson Dean "Trailer Park" is a good song.

It's a decent place to live or to store your goodies.
The landlord is a real jackass. He's mean rude and not understanding at all. Said no dogs at all but I know for a fact that people living there have dogs I have seen them. He doesn't do any repairs that need to be done, but don't mind uping the rent on trailers that are falling apart. He's a law suit waiting to happen. Has anyone noticed the landlord only replays to the good reviews? That's because he only cares about money and not his renters...... I never said I wanted to rent from you. Owners are scamers played games with us for a month and at the last minute said we were not approved for renting a house just one big joke dont rent from them
