If you want to spend every last dime of your paychecks or want roaches i recommend this trailer park!! i also RECOMMEND the landlord, Jenna, she’s never around but ALL IN YOUR BUSINESS when it comes to money!! expensive old trailers for poor residence and property.
Slum lords. Wont fix nothing. Walls full of mold holes in floors, put a bad in a bedroom and it about falls thru the floor
We're renting an old 1976 vintage trailer. 3 bdrm 2 full bath. Great quiet spot. Children here are all well mannered. I'll actually miss this place. We'll be friends with owners even after we move. We've got insurance coverage with Select Insurance which they also operate. Jackson Dean "Trailer Park" is a good song.
