if I could give it no stars I would. Mr. Brown is the The worst landlord I have ever met. They upped the rent every single year by at minimum $100 and they do absolutely nothing for the upkeep of the park. Just imagine paying a $2500 mortgage payment, and then paying $1200 rent For the space you’re on. But don’t forget you also have to pay $50 just to park. Do yourself a favor and don’t move here.
